How do I make changes to my subscription?

CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL DATE

To change the renewal date of all products in your subscription, find the subscription you'd like to update and click “Edit subscription” at the top of the Subscriptions and Orders page. Using the calendar, select the date you’d like your subscription to renew and click “Update”.

CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

If you would like to cancel your entire subscription, click “Edit subscription” at the top of your Subscriptions & Orders page. At the bottom of the popup, click “Cancel”.

CHANGE ASSORTMENT

To change a product's assortment, click on the arrow ">" next to the item you want to edit, then click “Edit product”. Choose a single absorbency or click "Customize my box" and use the (+) and (-) buttons next to each absorbency to edit your configuration. Once you're done editing, click "Save," then click "Update subscription."

ADD A PRODUCT

To add a new product to your subscription, click "Add products" under the last product in your subscription and select the product you'd like to add. Choose the configuration, number of boxes, and frequency with which you'd like to receive this product, and click "Add subscription." You're all set!

REMOVE A PRODUCT

To cancel your subscription to an individual product, sign into your account here. Click on the arrow ">" next to the item you'd like to edit, and click “Cancel”. On the individual product's page, click "Cancel subscription" under the product editing feature. This will only remove this specific product from your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription to an individual product, sign into your account here. Click on the arrow ">" next to the item you'd like to edit, and  click “Cancel”. On the individual product's page, click "Cancel subscription" under the product editing feature. This will only remove this specific product from your subscription. 

If you would like to cancel your entire subscription, click “Edit subscription” at the top of your Subscriptions & Orders page. At the bottom of the popup, click “Cancel”.

So that you're not shipped products you no longer wish to receive, please ensure you remove all unwanted products by 11:59 PM EST the day before your subscription is set to renew.

Will I be charged for canceling my subscription?

No! You can cancel your subscription free of charge. Be sure to cancel before 11:59 PM EST on the day before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for your upcoming order.

How do I update my shipping address?

To change your address, sign into your account here. You'll see your shipping address under your subscription, below the address, click "Edit." Be sure to click "Save," so that your changes are locked in.

Can I put my subscription on hold?

While we do not have a hold option, you can always push back the date of your next renewal. With our calendar feature, you can manually select your next renewal date for your subscription up to three months in the future. 

To change the date for every product in your subscription, click “Edit subscription” at the top of your Subscriptions & Orders page. From there, use the calendar to select your next renewal date, and click "Update".

If you’d like to change the renewal date for an individual product, click the arrow ">" next to the product you want to edit. then click “Change” next to the renewal date. From there, use the calendar to select your next renewal date, and click "Update".

As always, you'll receive a reminder email 2 days before each renewal date, so you'll always have a chance to pause or modify your next order as needed!

Can I cancel my order that’s processing or in transit?

To ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible DEZI orders begin processing immediately. Once your order has been placed and confirmed, we are unable to cancel, modify or reroute it. We apologize for any inconvenience! 

That said, if your order is headed to the wrong address, please reach out to our customer team at help@dezi.co for further assistance. We definitely want to make sure you have the products you need!

If I want to pause a subscription renewal, when do I need to pause by?

You can pause your subscription before 12 AM EST on the day your order is set to renew. 

Additionally, with our calendar feature, you can manually select your next renewal date for your subscription up to three months in the future. You can access this feature by selecting “Edit subscription” on the subscription you’d like to edit.

If you’d like to change individual product renewal dates, you can access this feature by clicking the arrow ">" next to the product you want to edit, then click “Change” next to the renewal date.

You'll receive a reminder email 2 days before each renewal date, so you'll always have a chance to pause or modify your next order as needed!

What do I do if I need my DEZI products before my next renewal date?

If you need any (or all!) of your products before your next renewal date, log in to your account here.

To change the date for every product in your subscription, click “Edit subscription” at the top of your Subscriptions & Orders page. If you’d like to change the renewal date for an individual product, click the arrow ">" next to the product you want to edit. then click “Change” next to the renewal date. 

Using the calendar, select tomorrow’s date. Your subscription will process on your selected date, or on the next business day if your chosen date is over the weekend. 

If you need any assistance updating your subscription's renewal date(s), reach out to us. We're always happy to assist!

How do I pause my subscription?

You can pause your subscription for one or two months using our Pause button. 

To pause, sign into your account here. Select each product in your subscription you’d like to update, in the drop down you'll see a button that says "Pause." Then, choose your desired pause length: one or two months. 

Additionally, with our calendar feature, you can manually select your next renewal date for your subscription up to three months in the future. You can access this feature by selecting “Edit subscription” under your subscription on the account page. This button will pull up a calendar where you can select your next processing date.

Please ensure you pause or change the renewal date of each subscription item you don't wish to receive that month. All pauses and renewal date changes must be made before 12 AM EST on the day your order renews.

We will send you a reminder 2 days before your next order, so if you still don't need an order, you’ll be reminded and can pause again!

How do I change my next renewal date?

To update the date of your next subscription renewal, log into your account here. Using our calendar feature, you can manually select your next renewal date for your subscription up to three months in the future. 

To change the date for every product in your subscription, click “Edit subscription” at the top of your Subscriptions & Orders page. From there, use the calendar to select your next renewal date, and click "Update".

If you’d like to change the renewal date for an individual product, click the arrow ">" next to the product you want to edit. then click “Change” next to the renewal date. From there, use the calendar to select your next renewal date, and click "Update".

How do I know if I’ve processed my order?

Using our calendar feature, you can manually renew your subscription products on an as-needed basis! Once you update your next renewal date, your subscription will process at our warehouse on the calendar day that you select, or the next business day if your chosen date is over the weekend. 

You will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships! 

I paused my last order, but now I need products! How do I renew my subscription earlier?

If you need any (or all!) of your products before your next renewal date, log in to your account here.

To change the date for every product in your subscription, click “Edit subscription” at the top of your Subscriptions & Orders page. If you’d like to change the renewal date for an individual product, click the arrow ">" next to the product you want to edit. then click “Change” next to the renewal date.

Can I add a one-time product to my next subscription order?

Yes! To add a one-time product to your next subscription renewal, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account and head to your "Subscriptions & Orders" page
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of your subscription and click "Add products"
  3. Select the product you'd like to add and click "Shop now"
  4. If you choose to add a single product, select "One time purchase" under Payment Options and then click "Add to subscription"
  5. Once you've added the product, you'll see it listed as part of your subscription, set to renew on your next scheduled renewal date. You're all set.

If you need to remove the one-time purchase from your next order, simply click the arrow ">" next to the product, then click "Remove".
