We may share personal information within the Chicken Coop Canopy family of companies. This includes our parent, Dezi, LLC, and our subsidiaries, Dezi Cosmetics, LLC and Dezi Eyewear, LLC. We may also share information with our affiliates and other business units of our parent company. We share information within the Chicken Coop Canopy family of companies for all of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We share personal information with vendors and service providers working on our behalf. We will share each category of personal information with vendors who help us use personal information in the ways described in this Privacy Policy. For example, we will share information with vendors who fulfill purchases, send emails for us, or help operate our websites. We will share information with service providers who help us advertise to you, or provide related marketing, analytics, or search engine support services. 

We may share personal information with our business partners and marketing companies. We might share personal information, such as contact information, with third parties who co-sponsor a promotion or promote our products. Our Do Not Track Policy: Some browsers have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform. We do not currently respond to those signals. If you block cookies, certain features on our sites may not work. If you block or reject cookies, not all of the tracking described here will stop.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “sell” means the sale, rental, release, disclosure, dissemination, availability, transfer, or other oral, written, or electronic communication of your personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, subject to certain exceptions under applicable law. Any opt out of cookie-based tracking for advertising purposes is specific to the device, website, and browser you are using, and is deleted whenever you clear your browser’s cache.

We may deny certain requests, or fulfill a request only in part, based on our legal rights and obligations. Note that for purposes of these requests, personal information does not include information about job applicants, employees and other of our personnel, or information about employees and other representatives of third-party entities we may interact with. 

We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity prior to responding to certain of your requests. The verification steps will vary depending on the sensitivity of the personal information and whether you have an account with us.

California residents may designate an authorized agent to make a request on their behalf. When submitting the request, please ensure the authorized agent is identified as an authorized agent.

For purposes of California residents exercising these rights, please note the following regarding how we collect, use, and share your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, including in the previous 12 months:

These sites and apps are not intended for children.

Our sites and apps are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child has given us information, you can email us at privacy@DEZISKIN.com.

We use standard security measures.

The Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our site will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. This includes not sharing your passwords.  

We may link to third-party sites or services that we do not control.

If you click on a link to a third-party site or service, you will be taken to a website or service that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of that website or service. Read other companies’ privacy policies carefully.
