Squeeze a generous amount into hands, rubbing them together to warm the balm before applying to a dry face. Apply by massaging with gentle circular motions, focusing on long-wear products like mascara and liner. Wipe off any residue with a warm, damp washcloth and rinse. Store in a cool place.
